It nurish our cells and make us more dynamic and energitic, Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. These colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. In your diet, include water-rich content foods like tomatoes and watermelon. These foods contain 90% to 95% water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them.Be consistent in doing aerobic exercises a least twice to three times a week. Make it a must during weekend! Exercise can burn out those extra calories you have consumed. Besides, it refresh your exhaused body.
How to Loose 10 Pounds Quick
Set your goal. Having a goal in mind can help keep you focused and motivated. Write it down in a journal or post it on your bathroom mirror. This program is designed for quick results but if 45 mins of cardio is too much to handle at first start with 20 and work your way up. The most important thing is to do something active 5 or 6 days per week. Whatever that may be, you'll be healthier have more energy and gain confidence in your body.
